Pooh is President and Managing Partner at OM, and is committed to utilizing his skills as a master builder and merchandiser to produce the best installations available to store owners. His goal is to cultivate a team of merchandisers and builders that work together in harmony in order to achieve professional results.

Pooh is our lead fixture installer, and is instrumental in training new builders and associates how to safely and properly install all fixtures and accessories on store projects. He has over 10 years of experience as a steel craftsman, the last 7 years working specifically on Ace Hardware projects. Pooh has a working knowledge of all fixture manufacturers and assembly requirements for each style. He is fork truck certified and is responsible for the training and supervision of safe material handling procedures on our projects. He is experienced with gondola transfers and is a master at executing movements with as little disruption to store operations as possible.

Pooh is also an experienced carpenter and painter, giving new life to old fixtures, walls, and floors to create a new look for store owners. He is an excellent installer of window graphics and interior décor components with the ability to make each component look perfect.

Sherry is CEO and Managing Partner at OM and is involved at every level of the operation. She leads our associate recruitment and training, team building and motivation, and overall supervision of store projects. She is an Ace University graduate in April 2016, and interacts efficiently with ACE's multiple platforms.

Sherry oversees daily project progress reports, safety check records, plus ordering and reception of required fixture deliveries, and maintains close contact with project managers and store owners as needed to address any concerns or obstacles.

Sherry has the advantage of a history as a skilled visual merchandiser, with the ability to incorporate NOP items into sets as needed. She has experience with bin tagging projects, is very knowledgeable of POP, visual décor, and merchant displays used in stores nationwide, and is quick to identify often overlooked needs of most projects.

Sherry is dedicated to providing professional results to our project managers and store owners, and finishing the job on time and on budget.
